Theresa Bourke obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree (Dean’s Honor Roll) from The University of Toronto. She then completed her Dental Degree at the University of Western Ontario.

Along with her husband, Dr. Ian Erwood, she has worked in the Unionville community for more than 25 years and raised three children in Markham. She enjoys preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry and likes to provide these services to all age groups. She treats her patients with gentleness and care.

She loves working with the great staff in the warm and friendly atmosphere of Unionville Gate Family Dentists. In her free time, Dr. Bourke likes to spend it at the cottage with family and friends where she also reads, studies French, plays tennis and paddleboards.
